Ferris was established to tackle the unique requirements emerging from increased digital online sales and vehicle subscriptions.
2020 - A Perfect Storm
2020 saw an unprecedented increase in demand for vehicle delivery direct to the customers. Pre-existing vehicle delivery companies were unable to cope with the complexities of that market and dealers and manufacturers were plagued with cancelled and delayed deliveries, poor quality or non-existent vehicle inspections and reporting, no provisions for vehicle handover, absent professionalism and a general lack of knowledge and customer service.
Ferris have recognised and resolved the issues outlined above. Today , we deliver and collect vehicles from dealers and manufacturers directly to end users throughout the UK mainland. Whilst Covid may have subsided, the demand for vehicle home deliveries has not.
